Childcare by Strange Events

Babysitting will be in a classroom in Jewett Hall at Southern Maine Community College.  It is a 3-5 minute walk from where our tent will be located.  We'll provide pizza, cupcakes, lemonade, and activities.  Please see below for information from Strange Events about their babysitting service.

​Experience

All babysitters with Strange Events have multiple years of experience.

All babysitters are Child CPR certified.

Most of our sitters are teachers, daycare owners, or work in the medical field as their everyday jobs.

Insurance

Strange Events is a fully insured company with $2 million coverage for general liability.

Other Specifications

Babysitters will not take children swimming or engage in any potentially dangerous activities while in charge of the children.

Babysitters will not bathe children.

​

Babysitters will not drive children.

​​
